Jon Allen, Ambassador of Canada in Spain, made a visit to the port of Santander where he was received by the president and director of the APS, José Joaquín Martínez Sieso and Cristina López, respectively, and with whom he held a private meeting in which They informed about the main aspects and characteristics of the port of Santander.
Subsequently, the Ambassador, accompanied by those responsible for the PHCs headed to the Food Solid Gabb Port installation where merchandise such as wheat, rye, barley, corn and other cereals are handled, in addition to rapeseed, palm and soy flours.
Among others, Jon Allen visited the center of the control of this modern terminal, where they explained the main technical endowments and the services it provides. During the visit he was able to verify the high degree of automation of the discharge, storage and expedition processes of the goods.
