In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11th July on “Services of the Information Society and E-Commerce (LSSI)”, we hereby provide you with the following information: the PORT AUTHORITY OF SANTANDER, [henceforth the PAS], is the holder of the web portal www.puerto.santander.es exclusively as the exploiter and manager of the content of the web portals with its address at: Muelles de Maliaño s/n – 39009 Santander (Cantabria – Spain), with Tax Identity Number Q3967003I and is in charge of the management and operation of the aforementioned website. The PAS is the public body responsible for the management of the Port of Santander and is accountable to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility, and the Urban Agenda; it is state-owned. The PAS is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011 of 5th September which approves the Revised Text of the Law on State Ports and the Merchant Navy.
USER CONCEPT

The carrying out of any actions indicated in this paragraph will require the express written authorisation of the PAS. Likewise, the carrying out of actions contrary to current legislation such as the extraction and / or reuse of the totality or of a substantial part of the content of the directories by the user of the portal is forbidden, as is the repeated or systematic extraction and / or reuse of unsubstantial parts of their content when this involves action contrary to normal exploitation or causes unjustified damage to the legitimate interests of the PAS.
