In accordance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on "Information and Electronic Commerce Society Services (LSSI)", we bring to your attention the following information: the PORT AUTHORITY OF SANTANDER, [hereinafter APS], is the owner of the web portal www.puerto.santander.es, which acts exclusively as the operator and manager of the contents of the web portals, domiciled in: Muelles de Maliaño s/n – 39009 Santander (Cantabria – Spain), NIF Q3967003I, is responsible for the management and operation of the aforementioned website. The APS is the public body responsible for the management of the Port of Santander, dependent on the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda and owned by the State. The Port Authority will only be responsible for and guarantee the confidentiality and security with respect to the personal data it collects from the user through the Portal, having no responsibility for the processing and subsequent use of personal data that may be carried out by third party service providers of the information society acting outside the Portal.

2.- Purpose of personal data processing
