The president of the Port Authority of Santander, José Joaquín Martínez Sieso, has received the commander of the Cantabria ship, Francisco Javier Roca Rivero, who was accompanied to the headquarters of the PHC by the Naval Commander of Santander, Enrique Linieres Vázquez.
