The University of Cantabria, UC, inaugurated the 2013/2014 course of the Postgraduate Program in Commerce, Transport and International Communications, in its XIII edition.
The Rector of the A, José Carlos Gómez Sal were present; the president of Ports of the State, José Llorca Ortega; the general director of Transport and Communications, Fermín Llaguno; the president of the Port Authority of Santander, José Joaquín Martínez Sieso; The Dean of the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences, Begoña Torre Olmo, and the director and co -director of the program, Pablo Coto and Pedro Casares, respectively.
