Rafael Cidoncha is one of the most representative artists of the figurative slope in Spanish painting in recent decades, in his work there are three major thematic areas: the portraits of people, landscapes and interiors. It has several occasions portrayed Don Juan Carlos and many outgoing ministers for the collections that decorate the official headquarters. In the landscapes it shows a detailed vision of plants and flowers of Dutch, British or Mexican gardens. There is a third field of his painting that is the portrait of halls of the house of the characters of the high society.
