The Port Authority of Santander, at the meeting of its Board of Directors, approved granting the administrative concession to the Marcelino Botín Sanz de Sautuola and López Foundation to occupy an area of 2,827.53 square meters of land and 656.49 square meters of flight on the water sheet on the Albareda dock, bound for cultural equipment and with a period of 35 years.
