In an act on board the Port Authority delivered a commemorative metapa to the ship's captain, Jayanta Sarkar
The ship "City of Rotterdam", with a Panamanian flag and consigned by Marítima Dávila, said today in Santander for the second time on a scale on which 350 vehicles embarked for the United Kingdom.
This coachman has 140 meters of length and capacity to load about 2,000 vehicles. I left this year of the Kyokuyo Shipyard Corporation Shipyards of Shimonoseki, Japan, operates regularly in the Baltic area and is twin of the “City of St. Petersburg”, which has also made a scale in our port. Both amazed by their spectacular design, highlighting their SSS Bow (Semi Spherical Shapped Bow), a semi -inferous bow that minimizes the impact of the wind.
This ship is the new Vehicle holder of the Euro Marine Logistic company and already docked in Santander on September 3. On the occasion of his return, an act on board was organized during which the Port Authority presented the captain of the ship with a commemorative plaque.
The event was present, in addition to the Captain, the director of the Port Authority of Santander, Javier de la Riva, the Maritime Representative Dávila Madrid, Jorge López and Enrique Álvarez as representative of the local agent.
