FIRST.- The WIFI network is intended for sole and exclusive use within the buildings owned by the APS, by way of example but not limited to: Headquarters Building, Sotoliva Building, Cabo Mayor Lighthouse, La Cerda Lighthouse and Embarcadero Palace.

SECOND.- By accessing the network, the user accepts and recognizes the potential risks that exist, particularly the transfer of personal data. Therefore, it is recommended that you exercise extreme caution when using credit cards, passwords and any sensitive information.

In any case, the APS is not responsible for the use made by users, nor can it guarantee the privacy, security of data and communications when using the service.

THIRD.- The use of the WIFI network for the following purposes is not expressly authorized:

  1. Transmit, copy or download material that violates any Law, including, but not limited to, copyright, patents, obscene or defamatory material, or that contains fraudulent content.
  2. Intercept or store data about third parties without their consent.
  3. Send spam messages, to place a virus or malware, disrupt the normal functioning of the network, as well as attempt to damage computer equipment or systems.
  4. Download or share musical or film files.
  5. Use it for profit for commercial activities.

FOURTH.- The APS does not guarantee the performance level of the WIFI network and informs that the service may not be available or limited at any time. Likewise, access to certain web pages, domains or services that you consider appropriate for the proper use of the network may be blocked.

In any case, the APS is not responsible for the loss of documents, data, or interruptions or performance problems that may occur in the service.
