The Cabo Mayor Faro Center will host from April 11 to June 30, a photographic sample and a documentary about the fareros' trade, under the name: "Sea Light", the exhibition proposes a photographic tour of some by some of the most important Spanish headlights.
The iconography of the headlights, the graphic itinerary by some of the most representative of the national geography and the memory of those who inhabited them constitute the artistic proposal of the art center.
The exhibition is integrated by about twenty large -format photographs by Luis Vázquez and include aerial images, sunsets and landscapes and a journey through headlights such as those of La Mola, Cullera, Lekeitio, Peñíscola, El Fangar, Matalascañas, the Hercules Tower, among others , and various signs panoramic and their surroundings. Next to this photographic exhibition will take place the projection of a 72 -minute documentary feature film that was selected for the Goya Awards in 2012, led by Luis Vázquez "Curro" and that tells the story of the last Frenchmen.
