Santiago Díaz Fraile, new director of the Port Authority of Santander Santander 21-07-20. The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Santander (APS) agreed, at its meeting today, to appoint Santiago Díaz Fraile as the new director of the APS in place of Cristina López Arias. Santiago Díaz Fraile, graduated in Law, graduated in Psychology and Master in Legal-Labor Advice has more than twenty-seven years of experience in the port sector, having worked in different positions of responsibility in Puertos del Estado. From July 2018 to the present he has worked as Head of Legal Support Area for Port Exploitation and, previously, has led the areas of Human Resources (HR) and Labor Management of the Styba service. He began his career at the public institution in 1993 in the labour legal department and subsequently focused on Stoba and, later, HR. In addition, he has worked as Head of The Technical Department of Stoba and Land Transport at the Port Authority of Valencia and has been director-manager of the State Society of Stoba and Desestiba of this port.
